As an IT supporter you will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff who needs technical help. You will be fixing their problems with computers, software and network. You will also set up new systems and make sure that they are secure. If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our IT Supporter role!
You will get to work in a large DevOps team where you will work together with many different IT specialists and your days will rarely be the same, sometimes it will be easy tasks, other times more demanding.
Over time, there are many opportunities in NNIT to expand your knowledge in many different areas.
You will have a lot of focus on onboarding new employees and improving current colleagues, you will have free hands to think about new technologies that can make things even better for new employees.
You will also help the DevOps team with improvements to our environments.
The work will be both in-house and out at customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a short IT education.
- Windows networks knowledge.
- Some experience in IT support or a similar job.
- Good skills in using different types of computers, software, and network devices.
